| RICF's family placement project is called 'O Familie pentru mine' or 'A Family for me'. It was set up in 2001, and aims to place abandoned children back with a member of their own biological family, or where this is not possible, with a dedicated, specially trained, Romanian foster family. The project is co-ordinated by qualified social workers, who supervise the preparation of children and families for placements, and provide follow up once children have been placed. Purchase this gift to enable our social workers to visit our children in their family placements and offer them continued support as they settle into their new families.
