RICF is a Romanian registered foundation, which was set up in 1999, in response to the need.
Our vision is to see abandoned and orphaned children living in families.
Our projects are designed to support children through family reunification or family placement with a foster family.
RICF is a charitable organisation, governed by Christian principles. Our team is led by an international Board of Directors.
